Help with USB crash

Featured Replies

Hello, so I had the unfortunate event of power failure and have been unable to get my system to boot.  I started with a 7 day memory test with zero failures and then have spent quite a lot of time trying to fix the existing usb drive.  When i first put it in another computer I had an error "there is something wrong with your flash drive" so I had a feeling that was the problem.  I have updated manually.. then I copied everything off the drive reformatted and placed everything back on the drive.  All with the same results of chk sum error.

I have now purchased a new drive and used the creation tool and it booted right in.  So, that brings us to where I am at now.  I have my old drive with all the files on it and then a new drive with a fresh install.

I have been able to transfer my key and booted into my new server.  Now I want to make sure I do not accidentally ruin the data currently stored on the drives.

When I load in, it appears it recognizes my previous configuration (https://imgur.com/a/56o3GZd) .

Can this be trusted if I start my array?

If you copied the /config folder from the old flash, all settings will be kept, including the array assignments.
