Where is V7 RC 1 for mamual installation pls?

Hello,

 

The USB creation tool shows V7.00 RC1 as a download option. Unfortunately, I need to follow to manual procedure. 

RC1 is not on the download archive page. Is there another page or should I install v6.x and upgrade to v7?

    If you need to do a manual install because you don't have a flash drive that works with the tool, probably best to just install 6 and upgrade.
