cgsilent Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 (edited) uraid boot stuck at "Udpating X font indexes" after physically moving the server. All drive seem to be connected and ok. Any idea's on how to get past this? Edited December 8, 2024 by cgsilent Quote
JorgeB Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 That looks like a config problem, to confirm, try recreating the flash drive, first backup the current one, then recreate it using the USB tool, confirm the flash drive boots with the stock install, and if yes, restore only the /config folder from the backup overwriting any existing files, if the errors come back, it's the config, you can then try to find the problem file/folder Quote
cgsilent Posted December 9, 2024 Author Posted December 9, 2024 Do I just manually copy the files from the original drive or is there a special tool? And the USB tool you are refering to is the "USB Flash Creator", right? Just want to make sure I do this correctly. I'm really nervous about losing data. Quote

JorgeB Posted Monday at 09:51 AM Posted Monday at 09:51 AM If a new flash drive with a stock install still fails, it suggests some hardware related issue Quote
