Linux VM Windowsmanager stucks after a while

Im fairly new to unraid. Using it for almost one year now.

In the beginning i installed an ubuntu as a VM. when im logged in to that VM via Unraid-VNC everything was fine. But when i disconnected and reconnected after a while, i cant login. The machine is still running. When i connect to ssh, everything is fine except the window manager is somehow "hanging". Then i installed Mint and tried the same here. Here i have the same effect. Yesterday i installed it, today i cant login. After a reboot everything is fine.

I dont passtrough any devices, Videodriver is QXLm network model virtio-net, Machine is Q35-7.2 and the machine has 8gb RAM and 4 cores out of 12 available, Bios is OVMF. Is there a way to debug this? Anything special about unraid/VM/qemu? Im using ESX/ESXi for a long time in business and dont have that trouble there.
