Featured Replies

Hi,
Can someone point me in the right direction on how I can make this Ethernet work on UNRAID? I have looked for information everywhere, but I can't find how to install a new driver or make this work. i attached my diagnostics logs as well.

All help is appreciated.

Kind regards,
Krips

From what I can see that NIC should use the i40e driver, which should be included with Unraid, see if loads the driver under a live Ubuntu flash drive for example, and if yes, post the details.

Hi,

I tested with an Ubuntu server live and I got the same behavior. After further investigation, this particular card I have is a custom one from the QUANTA company. Based on the Linux hardware page, those integrated custom NICs are not supported. https://linux-hardware.org/?view=search&vendor=intel&name=x722#list .

I ended up putting in a new PCI one and it's working.

Thank you for your help.
