Log shows some crashed related to the GPU, could be unrelated, but it may ve still worth blacklisting the driver and retesting.

Could be the CPU, or RAM

Can a memory test tell me if it is CPU or ram? I can run memory test for around 30mins and it passes without freezing but booting into safe mode will freeze within 5 mins.

memtest is only definitive if it finds errors, if you have multiple sticks try using the server with just one, if the same try with a different one, that will basically rule out bad RAM.

Did try it before, single ram in 2nd slot and nothing changed, I will get a new CPU and see what happens
