Mover Not Moving

So I think I have my Mover settings correct. Disks 1-4 are pretty much full, but Disk5 is brand new and empty. For some reason, despite TV being setup to use (All) and DCF to use Disk5, Mover keeps failing.  

 

Diagnostics attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Start by uninstalling the mover tuning plugin and retest.
