There seems to be writing going on to disk1 and disk3.   This will be what is slowing down the parity check.

    I shut down all the docker containers and nothing else is running. Anyway to tell what is going on?

    Seems better now. The only think that seems to have been the problem is that when I put the side on the case it starts acting up. Seems to be a cable problem. Still not sure which one. Sata or power.
