parity is not the greatest hdd

my setup: A  NAS about 8 pieces 1 to 2 TB HDDs a,  10TB Parity and one 10TB HDDs. now one of my litte HDDs a 1TB plate is defekt and i managed to get another 10 TB hdd. Should be easy defect hdd changed against the new 10TB hdd and restart rebuild the pool. but unraid says my parity is not the biggest hdd  and refuse me to start the array what should i do?
