Hi support.

I can't seam to get mover to use my new 20TB drive in my array.

I have set my split level like this 

And library layout is like this

Any help is appreciated.

I'm sure its something stupid i have done 😉

It might be your Split Level (depending on the path of the new files) as Split Level takes precedence over Allocation Method if there is contention between them over which drive to use.

Will do some more tests.

This should work, and start filling the empty 20TB drive.
Or am i misunderstanding it completely ?

Most-free will work, but would recommend leaving it high-water, it should now right to the other disk with the new split-level setting.

Setting it to this, did not help.

But will try with High-water and split level "at any level"

I do have Mover-tuning plugin running, does that matter ?
With these settings

Don't really want to move everything off cache, so doing 5% drop down, while testing.

That did not help either 200GB moved to disk 1 and not disk 2.

Now doing a reboot of the system.

Haven't done that after adding the drive to array.

The Mover Tuning plugin seems to cause problems for mover for many users so I suggest uninstalling it to see if it then starts working.
