Could i switch from 4.7 to 5.b14 and then switch back

the topic says it all. Could i switch from 4.7 to 5.b14 test a little bit and then switch back to 4.7 without lost of any data ?

    You will have to run the permissions script in 5.x so you can access your shares.

     

    I switched to try it out and decided I didn't want to tinker with all my addons until later so I simply swapped out my 5.x USB for my 4.7 and everything was exactly where I left it.
