Hello,

I'm using rsync to backup a windows smb share mounted to my unraid server via the unassigned devices plugin. When rsync is transferring a file and the windows computer is disconnected from the network during the transfer, the rsync hangs indefinitely. I tried using the --timeout option, unsuccessfully (no difference with or without the option...). Here is the command i used in the shell : 

rsync -av --human-readable --itemize-changes --timeout=10 SMB_SOURCE DEST

Where SMB_SOURCE is the path of the mounted smb share and DEST is the path to the unraid share.

Any idea of what I'm doing wrong ?
