December 28, 20241 yr Hi, recently updated to Unraid 7.0.0 rc1. Since then, my disk groups and parity wont spin down after the 15 minutes of no activity. I have ran Disk Activity, and not seeing anything out of ordinary. I recently installed pihole, could it be related to that? When I manually try to spin down disks from MAIN page, only 1 disk in array spins down. 4 array disks and parity keep spinning, Not sure where to go from here. December 29, 20241 yr Settigns > Disk Settings What are your options for spin down and time-outs. Your correct if something like pihole as it does have constant reads and writes. if this data folder is on the array the disk will be kept spinnign to handle all of the read and writes.
December 29, 20241 yr Is Turbo Write turned on? I also noticed your isos share on disk1. Suggest moving that to your cache. Edited December 29, 20241 yr by Veah Added link
