CouchPotato unreliable

Hi guys, recently I noticed none of my movies have been coming down via couchpotato on my unraid.  I am unable to restart the app via the web interface so I am forced to kill it with a -9.  Once I restart it Couchpotato is happy for about 2 days then I have to kill and restart all over again.  Anyone else seen this or know what might be causing it?
