January 1, 20251 yr sys_disk_free: VFS disk_free failed. Error was : Input/output error I first noticed when sonarr wasn't moving files [v4.0.11.2680] System.IO.IOException: I/O error : '/media/tv/xxxxx.mkv' at Interop.CheckIo(Error error, String path, Boolean isDirectory, Func`2 errorRewriter) I used winscp to create a folder to move a file manually and I get "failed with return code 1 and the following error message. mkdir: cannot create directory 'New folder': Input/output error" This all started yesterday. Today I had the same issue and rebooted. Sonarr moved some files and now it is back to giving me the same issues with the i/o error tower-diagnostics-20250101-1320.zip
January 1, 20251 yr Jan 1 09:05:50 Tower kernel: XFS (md10p1): Corruption detected. Unmount and run xfs_repair Saw this in your syslog.txt file. I'd wait for more info from somebody a bit more knowledgable than myself.
January 1, 20251 yr Author Solution I ran xfs_repair -v /dev/md10p1 Restarted the array and the disk showed up. I formatted it and added it to the array. Might not have been the best solution. As it is right now I no longer have an i\o error.
