When looking at the 'Shares' screen I see the following (see image)

This issue just turned up tonight.  No recent major changes.

Thoughts on why this would happen? (production rig specs in signature, i am including diags)

Your screenshot does not show the names of the shares - is this intentional?    What is the name of the share that has this message?

Post a screenshot that shows the share names, or post the name for at least one of them.

Yes, sorry!  Some of the names are:

 

retrogaming (disk2)

compilations (disk3)
homevideos (disk3)
pics (disk3)

 

Note that I was able to get this to 'go away' by changing the config of each share, adding then removing an excluded drive on each.

I have not yet restarted the array and would still like to know why this happened, if possible.

This is a bug, is shows for array only shares that were created with a previous release, you can ignore, it will be fixed for rc3, though if you make a dummy change and apply it will no longer show that.
