XML error: Invalid PCI address

I have a Windows 11 gaming VM that is working but have an odd issue. If I use the standard VM editing GUI and try to save something, it errors with "

XML error: Invalid PCI address 0000:07:00.0. slot must be >= 1" however if I go into raw XML, make my change and save, it works fine and the VM boots/works normal.

 

I've been using basically a blank VM template for Win11 that when I want to make changes, I copy them from the dummy to the main VM using the raw XML because the GUI doesn't work.

 

Any idea what I can do to fix this? Any other suggestions for optimized gaming VM? I've made some manual changes to the XML recommended over time from various websites for a gaming VM.

I keep seeing this same error on VMs after updating to Unraid 7. The VM also works fine after editing the XML directly or using virt-manager. For example, this XML gives the error. (I get a similar output to virt-xml-validate as above.)
