January 7, 20251 yr Hello, I have an unraid with 6 x 3TB disks + parity, I want to replace all of them by 3 x 12TB disks + parity. My initial approach is to build a new server with a trial license, and then transfer the data. After the data is on the new HD's I move them to the old server replacing the old HD's. My question is how to correctly setup the old server with the new HD's. Best regards.
