Macinabox won't go, any ideas?

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

I am having some issues with Macinabox on my Unraid Server.

I used it a while ago but I ended up removing the VM. The strange thing is although the VM has gone (including its files in the domains folder), the icon is still showing in my VMs tab.

If I click on the 'Remove VM' or 'Remove VM & Disks' I get a spinning red arrows icon but nothing happens.

Nothing shows in the server log

If I select Start with console (VNC) I get the following error

"Execution error

Cannot access storage file '/mnt/user/domains/Macinabox BigSur/macos_disk.img': No such file or directory"

 

Any idea how I can get rid of it?

 

Am I being really stupid?
