Old trial - unable to extend, upgrade, or buy license

Featured Replies

A little over a year ago, I started an unraid trial, and I likely extended it, but I couldn't say for sure.

A lot of major life events occurred, so I ended up not touching the server or using it for a long time. I just set it back up today and tried to buy the license, but I'm stuck in a loop where I'm unable to get software updates to a version that supports the only licenses being sold. I would prefer not to have to start from scratch, and I'd be willing to buy today, so I don't really need a long trial, but I don't know if it's even possible for me to buy one at this point.

I'm on 6.12.6, and it's telling me to update to at least 6.12.8 in order to buy the license, but I can't update without a license or a trial extension. When I go to extend, it gives an error, which makes me think I must have used the extensions already, but now I'm stuck unable to do anything.

You can always manually upgrade you current flash drive by downloading the ZIP file version of the release and overwriting the bz* type files on the flash drive with those from the zip.
