How would you change the name of a user share properly?

 

- Change the Share name in the config

- Change the folder names on the disks

 

in which order? can you even do it safely?

    Change the name on each disk and then on the flash in the config directory is a settings file for each share and you should be able to just rename it to keep the settings with the share. Likely, an array stop/start or a reboot would be necessary for it to take fully.
