January 14, 20251 yr Hi There, Yesterday i did a upgrade tot Unraid 7. I have a setup with 4 SDD, 4 TB each. 3 datadisks, 1 parity. After the update all my data is gone. Servermanager shows : No file system on the disks. January 14, 20251 yr Community Expert You should be able to remove the linux_raid signature with wipefs while keeping the zfs one, this should be pretty safe, but it would be better to confirm backups are up-to-date before doing it, just in case: wipefs -a -t linux_raid_member /dev/sdd1 Then start the array and confirm this disk mounts, and you can then repeat for disks 1 and 3.
January 14, 20251 yr Author Solution HERO !!! The disks are back and data is also back. But the apps and vm's seems to be gone. Is it possible to get them back, or do i have to reinstalle?
January 15, 20251 yr Author Yesterday evening i installed all apps. I could reinstall from the previous apps them with all settings still available. Even the vm's are installed with alle the apps and settings. Thanks for the support !
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert Just realized that I told you to use the sdX devices instead of mdXp1, so you should run a parity check, and some sync errors are normal, but should be just in the beginning, sorry about that.
