January 15, 20251 yr I turned on my server and saw this on the top right. The unraid connect screen shows me my lifetime key. I go to recovery it then it shows this image. Below are my diagnostics files, I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it. Can't even backup the flash haha tigertower-diagnostics-20250114-2347.zip
January 15, 20251 yr Try and shutdown the server and put your usb in a windows computer. If it detects errors let it fix it.

The USB is operational on my computer, but the detect problems doesn't notice anything. I removed the USB overnight and when I put it in now.. it doesn't give me the error. The errors were super aggressive last night.
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert A failing USB can cause an inexplicable variety of problems. Keep that in mind if wierd stuff starts happening later on.
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert Are you booting from a USB2 port? Much more reliable for this purpose.

Yeah then it said it could not detect the versions of my docker containers. Now it came back. On 1/15/2025 at 6:40 AM, JorgeB said: In that case, you will need to replace it. It came back. I just don't know how I would clone my USB as it had issues on that screen earlier. On 1/15/2025 at 1:16 PM, trurl said: Are you booting from a USB2 port? Much more reliable for this purpose. I am not sure, I'll see when I work on making the new one.

The most common reasons for this error are: 1 - using an old blacklisted key as source instead of the last valid key 2 - over the automatic transfer limit But there's also a recent issue with the account, so if the key is valid, and you are not over the limit, try logging out from acciount.unriad.net, then log back in and try again. For the other issues, contact support.
