January 15, 20251 yr I upgraded my Unraid license from Starter to Unleashed. I then restarted the server and all of my shares have dissappeared. It looks like my config, Plugins and the Share that the cache had data on still exist, but everything else is missing. I now have these Disk Shares rather than the user shares I had before. I have no idea what to do, I've tried restarting the server to see if they would come back but I've had no luck. It's currently doing a Parity-Check but I have no idea if that would resolve something like this. gg-home-srv01-diagnostics-20250115-2134.zip
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert let the parity check finish. what is you disk setup under main? Thank you for posting a Diag file will review here soon.

Thanks for replying so soon. Here's a screenshot of the main page, I forgot to mention that the only other change is I installed a NanoKVM PCie. That's the Unassigned device and the reason I upgraded my license.
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert what is werid is that your diag clearly captured shares. a more advance user may need to assist here. I know there are disk settings and other unraid settings. we want to double-check that your settings are not changed to disk shares only. webui > setting > global share settings per docs: user shares: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/shares/user-shares/ disk shares: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/manual/shares/disk-shares/#:~:text=Enable or disable disk shares, shares are disabled by default.
January 15, 20251 yr Author Ok, this is the settings in the Global Share Settings menu. Should I try disabling disk shares?
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert Solution you will need to stop the array to edit settings. I think you need permit exclusive shares set to yes. the global share setting look correct.
January 15, 20251 yr Community Expert it appears your share.cfg locate in /boot/config is corrupt per your diag shareUser="e" should be yes... shareUser="yes" Edited January 15, 20251 yr by bmartino1 Data - Typo
