January 15, 20251 yr My server was quite stable for the past 6 months since hardware upgrade until recent update to 7.0.0. It started freezing after couple hours and needed hard reset every time. I reverted back to 6.12.14 but it has not solved the problem so it might or might not be related to the update. I can't really find anything meaningful in the syslog (logged to flash). Memtest just passed. It seemed slow at the end but I don't really have a comparison. I'll be grateful for any further suggestions. plextower-diagnostics-20250114-2130.zip syslog-previous(2)
January 16, 20251 yr Community Expert If downgrading didn't resolve the issue, it means it wasn't the update, memtest is only definitive if it finds errors, if you have multiple sticks try using the server with just one, if the same try with a different one, that will basically rule out bad RAM.
