After 7 update, no connection

Featured Replies

Hi, after upgrade at 7.0 I've no connection with my server. I can use my 10gbt lan connected to my computer, but I cant use a 1gbt lan connected with internet. So I cant check update etc.

Screen attached.

I've only updated, no other change at all.

The screenshot suggests you can get to the Unraid GUI so you are likely to get better informed feedback if you attach your system’s diagnostics zip file to your next post in this thread. It is always a good idea when asking questions to supply your diagnostics so we can see details of your system, how you have things configured, and the current syslog.

What happens when you disable wireguard?

I notice that you have the NerdTools plugin installed which is not compatible with Unraid 7 although it does look as if you are not installing anything via this so probably not the cause of any issue.   I also notice the RealTek 8168 plugin installed - you may be better off removing this; and then rebooting to use the one built into Unraid as the built-in one appeared to initialise OK.

you also appear to be using Jumbo Frames on the 10G link (but not the 1G link)   Nowadays this is not recommended as it provides little performance benefit and can cause networking issues when running a mixture on the same LAN.

ps: I use jumbo because is only a 1to1 connection

tnx guys!
