Downgraded from 7.0 to 6.12.14, now my ZFS cache pool says "Unmountable: Unsupported or no File System"

Featured Replies

Moved to a new server and upgraded to 7.0, but was plagued by frequent crashes for reasons I couldn't diagnose. As a test I downgraded to 6.12.14, but now it's saying my mirrored ZFS cache pool drives are "unmountable: unsupported or no file system". Is there a way I can get these working again without going back to version 7.0?

Thanks.

Nevermind I think I figured it out - I ran "zpool import" and it says:

This pool uses the following feature(s) not supported by this system:
        com.klarasystems:vdev_zaps_v2

I assume this means I can't run this older version of unraid without reformatting the drives? Instead I guess I'll go back to 7.0 and start in safe mode and see if the crashes stop.

Ya there is an entire section of the notes under "Upgrading" and "Known Issues" regarding ZFS pools.
