January 17, 20251 yr Hi, New to Unraid (and Linux) so please be kind Brand new build of v7 Unraid on a Dell t640, it has 2 onboard 10gb cards, 2 x 1gb Card in PCI and iDRAC card. When I first installed Unraid it bound itself to the iDRAC so search the forum and read to delete the network,cfg, and then removed the cable from the iDRAC and rebooted and have cables in all the other cards. I managed to get the server to DHCP and am into the console. I want to remove the iDRAC card from ever being used in the Network confg and also do not currently know what card is actually being assigned to the server (as all 4 are plugged in). As the server is remote I cannot just run down and unplug cables so wondered if anyone can help me work out what card/port is currently assigned (I think in the bridge Eth0 and Eth3 are bound) and also how to remove the iDRAC from being bound or used for the cards. January 17, 20251 yr Author Thanks, I will give this a go, does this mean that I will not be able to use an IPMI plug in to talk to the iDRAC? I just want to stop the iDRAC from being picked up as a management or usable NIC
