LincStation, upgrade to unleashed failed

Featured Replies

Hi, so i bought a LincStation N1 NAS, which comes with a basic unraid license. I need support for more than 6 drives (long story but upgrade to unraid 7 didn't work coudln't create a cache pool of 6 drives, so went back to unraid 6 so need a dummy drive), so i need unleashed. Paid for unleashed which went fine, however then the keyh install process failed. Now I am still stuck on "unraid OS starter". If I click on that link top right of window, it will tell me that "GUID Type Mismatch Detected" and "The Starter license key installed on your server does not match the highest known license key type associated with your GUID, Unleashed".

but when i click on "recover your unleashed key" it takes me to https://account.unraid.net/server/key-recover

where there is a big "confirm key recovery" button. and when i click that i get an error message "error attempting to recover key"

what am i doing wrong? thanks

Try logging out from account.unraid.net, then log back in and retry, if the same, contact support and ask them to send you the key
