How can I simply run a VWare or VirtualBox VM image?

title says it all.

 

I want to run a little graphical Linux, but would prefer to simply mount a prebuilt VM, that I download from the net. Here is an example.

    But dies that mean I can simply "mount" the VM image to Unraid?
