Unable to get 10 Gbits on Windows

Hello all! I know this isn't really a problem with unraid but rather windows but I know there are many smart minds here.

 

Running iperf3 from windows -> server only nets me 2.5gbits:

However running it in reverse does work:

And I know the issue is in Windows, considering if i run iperf3 on a linux live boot, i get full speed in both directions:

And yes, this does apply to SMB etc

The PC has a Rog Areion 10g with latest Marvell drivers installed

Update: I did a 400iq move and just swapped the cards so that i run the servergrade card in my pc and client card in server. So now everything works
