repalced harddrive but it doesn't start

it is a brand new drive and to reboot unraid I have to manualy turn the computer off and back on

    I don't understand what you mean, the diags show an unmountable disk, if that is not the problem, post some screenshots showing what is.

    The hard drive is new and this is the first used.  When I star it up the computer just hangs on mounting
