HDD read error. What to do?

Getting read error for few days now. Sometimes array dosent starts and I have to restart OS, I think its because of this issue. 

Please guide? Do I need to replace HDD with new one? HDDs are only 2-3 years old.

    Controller is set to IDE mode, change to AHCI then post new diags after array start.
