I am just getting into this and I have a problem I created my usb with the unraid files and in my bios have it setup to boot on that usb now when I restart it I get the right menu

and what ever I do it will load some white text for  like 30 secs and the. Go into black screen

no white cursors blinking on the top left nothing 

if I do the nomodeset with the gui then It load for longer bringing me to the a black screen with a Cursor blinking in the top left I then try to connect on my laptop or phone to no avail

No that I am writing this I might see a few problems I am not connected via wifi or Ethernet 

also have no dedicated gpu I went with the amd 3 3200g so I can save money and not buy a gpu maybe that’s the issue here

my motherboard is the Prime B450-A

any help would be appreciated 

Start by checking if you're booting UEFI mode: https://docs.unraid.net/unraid-os/faq/installation/#i-need-to-configure-my-system-to-boot-using-uefi-how-do-i-do-this

 

Rename the folder on the flash drive called efi~ to efi (i.e. removing the trailing ~ character).
