Slow or misconfigured Docker

Featured Replies

I use docker n8 for automation.
I have an online VM and it works very fast.

In Unraid n8n is slow. Is there any configuration in docker or Unraid that limits the use of dockers?

Possibly something with your configuration.

Click Compute... for the share.

How can I solve this?
How do I know which files to move?

One question: when I put a file in /mnt/user/appdata it automatically maps to /mnt/Vms_dockers ?

Set appdata to Primary:vms_dockers; Secondary:array; Mover action:array->vms_dockers.

Nothing can move open files, so Disable Docker in Settings.

Run Mover in Main - Array Operations. Wait for it to finish.

Then post new diagnostics.

It goes to Primary storage for the share, or it overflows to Secondary if Primary has less than Minimum Free.

You currently have no Minimum for vms_dockers, so no overflow. You should set this to larger than the largest file you expect to write to that pool.

Probably the appdata files that are on the array were put there when you didn't have vms_dockers, and since you had no Mover action set for the share, that is where they stayed.

It didn't work, it didn't move.

To make matters worse, I put another disk in the pool devices and now neither of them (first and second) work.

I managed to get the pool working.
I removed the second disk and it came back.

First let's focus on the move.
I'll send the diagnostic.

If you want the "standard" mover to skip some shares while you use it to move appdata from disk1, you can just set those other shares to Secondary:none.

Or you can move appdata from disk1 to vms_dockers yourself using Dynamix File Manager. Might even better to try that since mover won't overwrite files. That way you can clean up any duplicates there might be between appdata folders on disk1 and vms_dockers.

I followed the instructions.
When I went to install the plugin it said it was discontinued and asked me to install another one and mentioned the name

@trurl wants you to uninstall Mover Tuning altogether (not install the one from masterwishx) and then try again without the added complications of what the plugin does / adds

I misinterpreted it, sorry.

I solved it by moving it manually as he mentioned.

Thank you very much for the information
