February 1, 20251 yr Hi i have decided to start using UNRAID after having some issues with Truenas but when i go to activate my license i get an error telling me "some thing went wrong starter key installed successfully calculating OS update eligibility" i have tried doing this with the Trial version on a different USB and i was getting a similar error does any one have any suggestions as to where I'm going wrong or what i could do to resolve this?
February 1, 20251 yr Community Expert Also make sure both the server and the computer you are using have the correct time and data set, and that no ad-blocker/firewall, etc, is blocking the WebGUI.
February 1, 20251 yr Author Solution Hi yes i have been able to connect to the internet, i have set the correct date and time thank you for the help i have managed to figure out a work around for the issue, by downloading the license and manualy adding it i have managed to get it to work
