The default schedule is once per day in the middle of the night. Mover is intended for idle time. If you try to move files from fast cache to slow array while still writing files to fast cache it can't possibly keep up. If you need to write more than cache can hold, don't cache. So, all you need is enough cache to hold all you will write in a day, and just let it run once per night.
