Just had a Hard Drive disabled, anyone know what this hard drive log file means? (Diagnostics attached)

It's disk 4, and the only line the hard drive log in yellow is:


Feb 3 18:08:27 Tower kernel: sd 10:0:8:0: [sdo] Synchronize Cache(10) failed: Result: hostbyte=0x01 driverbyte=DRIVER_OK

 

It apears to take place at 6:08pm (I got notified on my phone at 6:09 pm).  

I was running a manual parity check because I had missed my monthly check this month.


I have attached diagnostics and I have NOT rebooted.

    Syslog shows issues with multiple disks, check/replace cables for all affected.
