Hi, pls can someone confirm to me if the disk is ok?

I am a bit confused since there are a couple of pre-fail reports, but i am not sure if they make the disk not a valid option. Also, later on there are 3 errors 3038,3037 and 3037...but i don´t understand what they mean.
