Correct Procedure for removing a single disk from zfs cache pool

I have been unable to find anything in the FAQ or docs regarding how to remove a single disk from a zfs cache pool that is setup as a stripe, not a mirror.  I know how to do it on a regular 'nix system, but can't figure out how to do it on unraid with the array stopped.
