February 7, 20251 yr Unraid version 6.10.3 I'm really not quite sure what happened. I attempted 1 disk swap and 1 additional parity. When I started the array after making both changes, a 3rd unrelated disk (disk 6) failed to spin up properly and threw numerous errors. I paniked a bit, stopped the array, and removed the failed drive. After smacking it a couple times, in hopes to unstick the head, I reinstalled said drive and started the array. Unfortunately now I'm getting endless errors stating "emhttpd: error: get_filesystem_status, 6258: Structure needs cleaning (117): scandir Structure needs cleaning". I started the array in maintenance mode and ran xfs_repair on all drives. No change. Started array in normal mode and I'm still receiving errors. Unfortunately, by stopping the array before the parity rebuild was complete, I think I managed to corrupt the database. The shares tab is blank and I'm at a complete loss on what to try next. Thankfully everything important is backed up offsite, though I'd like to not start from scratch if at all possible. Logs attached. Thanks! testyboi-diagnostics-20250207-0044.zip
February 7, 20251 yr Community Expert There were read errors with disk6, check/replace its cables and post new diags after array start.
February 7, 20251 yr The diags above are from after array start after checking disk6 cables. I apologize for not clearly explaining the situation, I don't post here often. I have not restarted the server as I didn't want to lose the logs. Happy to do that and post diags after if that would help.

February 7, 20251 yr Author My apologies. Here's the diags after reboot with array started in normal mode. testyboi-diagnostics-20250207-1230.zip
February 7, 20251 yr Community Expert There are still read errors on disk6, try actually replacing the cables, or swap with a different disk for testing.
