SAMBA is STOPPED error.

Recommended Posts

I read through other posts on this forum regarding this issue, but could not resolve the issue. In unmenu i see an error near the top that reads:

"SAMBA is STOPPED, Shared drives will not be visible on the LAN."

When I type "testparm" these are the results i get:

Load smb config files from /etc/samba/smb.conf

rlimit_max: increasing rlimit_max (1024) to minimum Windows limit (16384)

Can't find include file /etc/samba/smb-names.conf

Can't find include file /boot/config/smb-extra.conf

Loaded services file OK.

Anyone have any thoughts as to what might be causing the problem?
