Which do you prefer?

I've heard good things about the hitachi 3tb's, so if cost was roughly even I'd go that route. That being said, I found a few of those seagates for very cheap a month or so ago, and so far they seem to be decent. We'll see how they hold up.

See how prices develop here in Europe/Netherlands. Prices are still a bit too high here. I hope they will drop a little more.

The cheapest $/TB with small factoring for warranty if different.

I prefer Hitachi at this point in time.
