February 9, 20251 yr Hopefully someone here can help. Last night was probably the worst it had happened, but I keep seeing OOM issues on my UnRAID server. I grabbed my UnRAID system logs from the 05:00 hour this morning. Pastebin here: https://pastebin.com/bXNB8rZk -- it's quite a lot It appears the OOM is tied to my Jellyfin container, but I am seeing other services marked as "tainted" as well. I am not super familiar with Linux and things, so I am not sure exactly what it's telling me. Server stats: UnRAID v. 7.0 (this issue has been ongoing since at least 6.12) ASRock B660M Pro RS 16GB RAM Intel i3 12100 CPU Thanks in advance! Please let me know if more information is needed.
February 9, 20251 yr Community Expert looks like your running jellyfin and jellyfin ate at all your system ram. you may want to look into extra parm to cap docker memory. -m 4g limit to 4 GB of ram If you have a btrfs cache disk. I also recommend installing and running the swap file plugin. Edited February 9, 20251 yr by bmartino1 typo - Data

February 9, 20251 yr Community Expert yes, it works on 7.... But that plugin requires a btrfs disk to use as a swap file/disk this is the plugin I was referring to: Edited February 9, 20251 yr by bmartino1
February 9, 20251 yr Author Okay, thanks for the clarification. I'll install that and see if that does anything. I think I'll also look into upgrading my server memory, my 16GB is probably just getting to be not enough anymore.
