Any time there is any type of error in a ZFS pool or on of it's member drives, an Alert should be generated.  Alerts are also needed for AFS Data Corruption.  This should happen during normal operation as well as during a scrub.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
