Unraid 7.0.0 - Cannot edit Docker Containers - Templates still exist

Featured Replies

Hello,

I'm having some issues with editing docker configurations. The webui and edit buttons do not show up. Looking into this issue, this is typically caused by the templates in /templates-user having been deleted, but running shows the template where they should be.

while correct that is the location on the flash drive on where the docker tempalte files are backuped and stored. your incorect in terms of a import. I have yet to find the extra metta data to import a docker tempalte. coping the xml into the folder is not enoth to restore the doceker template.

review the docker faq...

with CA its more upto @Squid to inform us on how to copy paste outside ca docker templates to import...

I usualy backup that folder and on restore edit eh xml and add the data manual again ( again) but then the metadata is created)

--There are plugins like the appdata plugin that backup and restore this as well...
*as there are a few non CA docker templates floating that say copy into xyz path but don't work either due to age or the missing adon data due to evolution in the codes and how they are being maintained...

I've mentioned a feautre request and there are other post out there on this...
