Performance problems with Windows 11 VMs

Hello everyone, 
I have a performance problem with Windows 11 VMs. This VM is hardly usable. The utilization of Unraid when the VM is idle is constantly at 30-40% CPU. When I download files, the VM always freezes for a few milliseconds.

When I use a Linux VM (LinuxMint 22) I do not have this problem.  With the Windows 11 VM I have switched off everything (Windows search, Windows quick start etc.)

Please find attached the configuration files of both VMs, maybe you have some tips. I did not have these problems with Unraid 6.x. There I still had Windows 10 but I could use it as a gaming VM.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
