[7.0.0] Apps page freezes

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I have been dealing with this issue for quite some time, way back on 6.11 and also 6.12, was kind of hoping it would resolve itself in a version update as everything else remained operational, but I have no idea what to do anymore to try and fix this.

When I visit the apps page, it will start the loading animation and then freeze entirely, no buttons etc will work. This is from different PCs, laptops, browsers (Windows 10, 11, firefox, edge, chrome).

Looking at the browser console I run into the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
plugins/community.applications/include/exec.php:1

All I could find was suggestions for different browsers or clearing cookies, but none of that have worked.

Any ideas on what else I can try? I have attached my diagnostics report

Do you have adblocker or anything else that might interfere with browser?

Nope no adblocker, and those status pages show everything as operational, this issue has been a long persistant one as well so its not due to a one time downtime issue at github or the likes
