VM often only starts after restarting entire server

Hi,

I often have that my VM won't start unless I restart the whole server. I run it with a NVIDIA RTX 4080 SUPER

When I try to start the VM I get the following error:

internal error: Unknown PCI header type '127' for device '0000:05:00.0'

The GPU widget on the dashboard also shows:
 

Vendor command returned unparseable data

However often after a restart I can see the GPU just fine and it starts without an issue. GPU is only used by VM and nothing else.
