Docker containers hanging on update

Since the update to 7.0.1 any time I try to update a docker container it results in ERROR: . then it hangs until I reboot it.

This is not limited to one container, i've seen it happen on 3 unrelated ones now. No issues on 7.0. Anyone else seeing this behavior?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
